Powering Up Your Ride Responsibly
Before we plug you into an unforgettable Tuk Tuk adventure, here’s the fine print rewired for humans, not robots.
Spark of Punctuality Booking & Arrival
To keep the good vibes flowing, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled tour.
We run on an electric schedule, no-shows or latecomers can’t be refunded, as our tours take off right on time.
Cancellations to Pull the Plug Politely
Plans change as we get it.
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
Need to cancel last-minute? Sadly, we’ve already charged up and can’t offer a refund.
If bad weather or tech gremlins zap your tour, we’ll offer a free reschedule or full refund, your choice.
Safety Circuit, Conduct & Responsibility
Keep it cool and follow your guide’s safety instructions, no wild surges, please.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence or acting inappropriately.
If your group accidentally damages our Tuk Tuks, you may be held responsible for repairs.
Access & Comfort , No Short Circuits
Let us know in advance if someone in your group has mobility limitations or if special help is needed . We want everyone to ride comfortably together..
Pregnant or have health concerns? Please consult your doctor before joining our ride.
Kids & Groups – Power in Numbers
Kids under 12? They’ll need an adult riding alongside, strapped in for safety. .
Planning a party or special event? We’re here for it! Contact us directly for electrified group bookings.
Liability Stay Grounded
While we do everything to keep you safe, Etricity Tuk Tuk isn’t liable for personal injury, lost items, or damage during the tour.
