Our tours start and end at the hotel or Airbnb we pick you up at or meeting point of the Inatel Hotel by fisherman’s beach, but we also offer custom pick-up and drop-off options upon request.
Tour durations vary depending on the experience you choose. We offer short trips (around 1 hour), half-day tours, and custom itineraries.

Policies & Cancellations
Tours still operate in light rain, but in case of severe weather, we will reschedule or offer a full refund.
We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. Last- minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Yes, children are welcome! However, they must be accompanied by an adult, and for safety reasons, very young children may need a car seat.
Yes! Pets are welcome on Etricity Tuk Tuk tours.
To ensure a safe and comfortable trip for everyone, we ask that your pets behave well and remain calm and relaxed throughout the tour. Please bring a blanket or small mat so your pet has a comfortable place to lie down in the Tuk Tuk.
For safety reasons, pets must remain lying down for the entire duration of the trip.
